Robert has also served as outside corporate counsel for private and public companies and as in-house counsel.

    Prior to joining FGC, Robert practiced in the San Francisco office of Sidley Austin LLP. Robert was formerly the Assistant General Counsel for a private equity real estate investment firm. Robert has also practiced at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP in Silicon Valley.

Prior to joining FGC, Sue spent over five years as in-house counsel at Yahoo! Inc., most recently as Senior Legal Director, where she negotiated a wide variety of licensing and commercial agreements and provided business and product counseling. Sue had primary responsibility for many critical products, including the Yahoo! Home Page, Yahoo! Mail, Yahoo! Messenger, My Yahoo!, Yahoo! Toolbar and the Yahoo! Developer Network. Other businesses supported include communications, communities, social networking, developer/API programs, e-commerce, small business, software, and enterprise.
