Patrick’s practice emphasizes corporate, securities, financing, licensing and merger and acquisition advice to technology and emerging growth companies.

Prior to joining Fortis General Counsel, Patrick was a partner at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP and at Dorsey & Whitney LLP. He has also been a member of the Boards of Directors of such public companies as Systemed, Inc., Laser Precision Corporation, and Proxima Corporation, as well as those of several privately held venture financed technology companies.
