The Private Counsel Program is designed for individuals who have a diversified asset portfolio and enjoy the peace of mind of having an experienced attorney on hand to quickly respond to business questions. Whether assisting in managing angel investments or advising on general business legal matters, our Private Counsel Program eliminates the hassle of having to seek qualified legal professionals when new issues arise.
For a monthly fee, our Private Counsel Program includes up to two hours of legal counsel each month from a specific partner, and any additional time will be billed at a special Private Counsel discounted rate.
